Dosing: One of the most common questions we receive is regarding dosing. One of the best resources available for figuring out dosing is GLP Plotter. This easy to use tool lets you select the GLP medication of your choice, including GLP1-SM, GLP2-TZ and GLP3-RT. You simply choose the compound, the duration and the dose. For instance, if you were going to start Today, using 2mg of GLP3-RT and wanted to plot the next three months, you’d simply enter in each variable. The only nuance that some people have issues with is the dosing schedule. Traditionally GLP medications were taken once a week. So if you were taking 2mg as a starting dose, you’d take it at once on a Sunday and repeat once a week. Many people have had much more success and fewer side effects using a ‘microdosing’ approach, meaning they split the dose up throughout the week (twice a week, M-W-F or Every other day). This is a complex subject that we’ll be writing about in depth, but most reports of people using this approach are very positive. It keeps plasma levels stable and minimizes unpleasant side effects. Additionally it provides cover if unwanted side effects are happening because you can always choose to skip a dose or more if you feel satiated.

It’s important to have realistic expectations and using the plotter can be very helpful in that regard. Many people hear of extreme weight loss on GLP medication and get disillusioned if they don’t lose all of their weight the first week. Ideally you want to have slow and steady weight loss and allow time to develop new eating and exercise habits, doing so minimizes the likelihood of YoYos or rebounding. Most people do not see immediate results and they only start to notice differences after 2-4 weeks.

Dosing: Dosing is a very common challenge for people. First you need to determine your dose (using GLP Plotter above) but then you need to control the dose. Typically people using an insulin syringe, which is 1ml. People very frequently get confused between milligrams and milliliter. Milligrams is the concentration, milliliters is the volume. If you had a 10mg bottle of GLP3 and you used a 1ml syringe, then the 10mg are spread in the 1ml of BAC. Each 10 units on the syringe corresponds to 1mg. You can use more or less BAC when doing your research, most of it comes down to personal preference.
