FAQ

  1. Where do you ship to? We ship to anywhere in the continental US by default and depending on where you are, we may be able to ship to other countries. Please contact customerservice@zerogravitypeptides.com for inquiries.
  2. When are orders shipped? We package all orders the same day we recieve them. If an order is received by 2:00 PM EDT then it will also ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be sent out the next business day. We do not ship orders on Sundays or National Holidays.
  3. What is your return policy? Each order is shipped in vacuum sealed sterilized vials. Once a vial has been opened we can not accept it as a return and unfortunately once it’s left our labs, we can not verify that it’s been unopened. In most instances we can gladly send you a replacement of the same product and dosage.
  4. What is the difference between a Research Chemical and traditional pharmaceutical or compounded product? Pharmaceutical products are made directly by a specific manufacturer in their own labs and under their supervision. They bear the entirety of the responsibility for it. Compounded products are similar by the raw chemicals are reconstituted by a compounding pharmacy and usually will have additional items added to them such as B12 that changes the formulation slightly. Compounding is done mainly by taking the source chemical and adding Bacteriostatic water or similar compound. Both have very specific and limited uses. Research chemicals are the raw ingredients of the compound. They are added to sterile vials inside a buffer and look like dry powder. They can be extracted for many different purposes or reconstituted with BAC the way compounded products are. Because of current laws and requirements, all Research Chemicals must specifically stipulate that they are for Research Use Only.
  5. What forms of payment do you accept? Currently we accept Zelle, Venmo, Paypal and most major credit cards. We are currently working with a new gateway processor and will hopefully have additional mechanisms available this month.
  6. I ordered with Zelle, what do I do now? After completing your order and specifying Zelle, you should see an email sent confirming the purchase. Please respond to it after you have completed the Zelle transfer. In the Note for the Transfer, PLEASE USE THE ORDER NUMBER ONLY. For instance, if your order was 19993 – in the note simply write 19993 and nothing else. Because this is an automated process, any other payment notes may cause a problem or delay in receipt so please use ONLY THE ORDER NUMBER.
  7. I Need Help with Reconstituting, what can I do? Please email customerservice@zerogravitypeptides.com with your question. After your initial order you should receive our welcome packet that should answer most of all of your questions but we understand it can still be confusing and are more than happy to help with all of your specific questions or needs.
  8. Microdosing vs Standard Dosing
    • Microdosing is a very common technique many people are exploring. Traditionally, many medications were given on a weekly dosing schedule. This was done mainly because of convenience and compliance (people didn’t like the injections and they were much more compliant with treatment if they only had to do it once a week). However, the larger doses result in uneven plasma levels and would leave people with ‘too much’ at the beginning and ‘not enough’ toward the end of the week. One way to remedy this is to use microdosing. For a given dose, instead of taking it once a week, split it in 1/4s and take every other day (M-W-F-S, repeating Monday) or split the dose in 1/2 and take one dose Sunday and one Thursday. By splitting the dose into smaller dose but taking them more frequently, the levels in the body don’t go through peaks and valleys and the frequency of side effects, as well as the severity of those side effects, tends to go down. This is very similar to alcohol for example. If you were to chug 4 beers or 1/2 a bottle of wine every three days, the effects of the alcohol would be much different than if you simply had 1/2 of a beer every 12 hours. You would be much less likely to be drunk and also to experience a hangover. You would also be able to tell early that you were feeling the effects and wait a bit longer before drinking another. There are many videos available on Youtube regarding Microdosing.

        • Inject slowly down the vial wall
        • Gently swirl (do not shake)
        • Label with reconstitution date and keep refrigerated
    • Injection Steps (Subcutaneous)
      • Step 1: Prepare the Dose
        • Wash hands
        • Wipe vial top
        • Draw air into syringe (equal to dose)
        • Inject air into vial
        • Draw up correct dose
        • Tap and push out air bubbles
        • Confirm dosage
    • Step 2: Choose and Clean Site
      • Sites: abdomen, upper thigh, back of upper arm
      • Rotate weekly
      • Clean with alcohol swab; let dry
    • Step 3: Inject
      • Pinch skin fold
      • Insert needle at 45° (or 90° if more fat)
      • Inject slowly
      • Wait 2–3 seconds before withdrawing
      • Apply light pressure—do not rub
    • Step 4: Dispose and Store
      • Place used syringe in sharps container

  10. Common Side Effects
    • Gastrointestinal: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation
    • Injection site: redness, swelling, mild discomfort
    • Systemic: fatigue, headache, decreased appetite
    • Rare: signs of pancreatitis or allergic reactions
  11. Dealing with Common Side Effects
    • Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Constipation
      • Start low, go slow: Begin with the lowest effective dose and titrate gradually. This gives your body time to adjust.
      • Eat smaller, more frequent meals: Avoid large or high-fat meals, especially around injection time.
      • Stay hydrated: Sip water throughout the day to prevent dehydration from nausea or diarrhea.
      • Ginger or peppermint tea: These natural remedies may help settle the stomach.
      • Over-the-counter aids: Medications like ondansetron (for nausea) or loperamide (for diarrhea) may be used short-term—but only under medical guidance.
      • Supplements: Taking Psyllium Husk and products like Miralax can help tremendously with constipation. One common issue is acid reflux that sometimes happens during induction can be resolved with over the counter antacids such as Tums or Pepcid.
    • Appetite Suppression and Rapid Weight Loss
      • Track your intake: Ensure you’re still getting enough nutrients, even if you’re eating less.
      • Prioritize protein and fiber: These help maintain muscle mass and support digestion.
      • Electrolyte balance: Consider adding a pinch of salt or electrolyte supplements if you feel lightheaded or fatigued.
      • Protein: When you start to lose weight, you want to maximize fat loss while minimizing muscle loss. The best way to do this is to ensure adequate protein intake. At a minimum, ensure you are consuming at least 0.5g of protein for each pound of bodyweight. This cannot be emphasized enough. Countless reports from all over the internet indicate people had either stalled or not seen weight loss until they started to get adequate protein intake. Equally important is exercise with weight. This can be as simple as adding a few sets of bodyweight squats each day, some pushups and some sit-ups. Start small. As little as 10 bodyweight squats 3 times a day (which will take less than a minute total) can really help make a profound difference. Start with repetitions so low that it doesn’t seem like a burden or inconvenience beforehand. As your body gets used to doing them, increase the number of sets per day. A perfect example is working up to doing 10 squats each time a commercial comes on TV at night. Starting with just two sets of 10 a day, you can work up to larger numbers that will help define muscle and minimize muscle loss, while also slowly adding to the total calorie burn.
    • Injection Site Reactions
      • Rotate injection sites: Don’t use the same spot repeatedly.
      • Use a fresh needle each time: This reduces irritation and infection risk. Do not reuse needles as even one time use starts to dull the needle and increases infection risks.
      • Apply a cold compress after injection if there’s redness or swelling.
    • Fatigue or Headache
      • Sleep and hydration: These are your best allies.
      • Magnesium-rich foods: May help with headaches (e.g., leafy greens, nuts, seeds).
      • Caffeine moderation: Too much can worsen dehydration or GI symptoms.
    • Monitoring for Serious Effects
      • Heart rate changes: Track your pulse weekly, especially if you feel palpitations.
      • Gallbladder or liver issues: Report any upper abdominal pain or yellowing of the skin.
    • Pancreatitis signs: Severe abdominal pain, especially if radiating to the back, needs immediate attention.
